4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • We will process and ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 14 business days.
  • Delivery times provided are estimates only. International shipping (e.g., to the US) may take longer due to customs.
  • The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer at the time of delivery to the address provided.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (REFUNDS & RETURNS)

  • EU Customers: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the book without giving any reason.
  • To exercise this right, you must inform us via email at corahollema@kpnplanet.nl.
  • The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. The costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive the returned book, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including text, images of paintings by Thérèse Schwartze, and the book’s contents, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. No part of this Site may be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

7. LIABILITY
